On Monday, November 6 2023, starting at 13.30 WIB in room B4, the Advocacy Department of the Student Executive Board (BEM) for the 2023/2024 term of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (FIS - UMMI) held a routine work program, namely Dialogue with the Dean and Students (DIREKAM). This activity was attended by the Dean of FIS, Mr Rizki Hegia Sampura, PhD, Deputy Dean, Mrs Yuyun Sri Wahyuni, M.Hum, and representatives of ORMAWA leadership (delegations) within FIS.

DIREKAM is intended to convey student voices directly to the Dean. In this forum, students can express their aspirations through questions, suggestions or criticism to the Dean. On the other hand, the Dean can also provide responses, explanations, responses/clarifications and solutions related to matters/problems found in FIS by listening to and hearing students' aspirations for a better FIS. Good. Specifically, DIREKAM aims to maintain and increase harmony through open and interactive communication between students and the Dean.

The discussion agenda at DIREKAM includes, among other things, discussing changing the name of FIAH to FIS, strategic and tactical plans for cooperation between the Dean and Ormawa FIS, briefings and directions. And moral and material guidance from the Dean for ORMAWA FIS administrators for the 2023/2024.

DIREKAM is projected as a quarterly agenda (every three months) during the 2023/2024 BEM FIS Cabinet management period.
