The organizational structure of FIAH has complete components from the elements of the faculty leadership, namely the Dean and vice dean and the head of the study program as the faculty's executive organ. Meanwhile, the legislative organs are represented by the leadership of the senate, chairperson and secretary who are different from the faculty leadership. So that there is no monopoly of authority on the same person as mandated by the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 139 of 2014. The leadership of the faculty is also assisted by education staff, namely Kaur. Finance and HR, and Kaur. Academic and student affairs.
