NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

A. Paying Registration Fee Rp. 200,000, specifically for the registration of the Faculty of Health Rp. 300,000, and the Registration of Masters of Administration Sciences Rp. 500,000

B. High school diploma / MA / SMK or equivalent (if you have not received a diploma, use a Graduate Certificate (SKL) signed by the principal or 5/6 semester report card)

C. KTP or Family Card

D. Especially for D-3 Nursing & Education Nurses :

• SMA/MA/SMK graduate majoring in IPA/IPS
• Height : -    Male minimum 155 cm
•              -    Female at least 148 cm (Nursing) and 150 cm (Nurse Education)

SCHEDULE FOR REGISTRATION, TEST AND REGISTRATION

Registration :     Gel I   : November – February

                            Gel II  : March – June

                            Gel III : July – September

Test   :  Can be implemented after the registration process (Available track report grades except for the D-3 & S-1 Nursing study program)

Registration :  Can be carried out after the registration process (unless PJKR takes a fitness test & Nursing takes a medical test first)
